About CBC Remodeling & Services, LLC

CBC Remodeling & Services LLC was built on a simple idea: do what you say you’re going to do, do it the right way, and stand behind it. In a world that leans heavily on technology, we’re still a handshake kind of company—clear communication, honest expectations, and quality work that speaks for itself.

With over 20 years of experience in the trades, I’ve learned a lot—but I’ve also learned you never stop learning. I also learned something important along the way: when a specialty trade is brought in, they’re focused on their piece of the work—not always the reason you called in the first place. That’s the space CBC lives in. We care about the “why,” and we carry that through from the first conversation to the final walkthrough so the project stays aligned with your goals—not just a checklist of tasks.

From the beginning, I didn’t want to be locked into one narrow specialty. I wanted to understand the whole home and be able to solve problems the right way, not just the easy way. Today, CBC specializes in helping homeowners improve, repair, and restore their spaces—kitchens, bathrooms, basements, interior remodeling, and damage repairs—by focusing on what you need and delivering work you can feel good about.

Our Story & What We Stand For

I started early slinging a hammer and learned the value of hard work. I was brought up believing that all a man has is his word—say what you mean, and mean what you say. One of my first teachers always told me, “In this industry, we all make mistakes—the good ones find them and fix them.” That’s the same standard I bring to my crew today.

Every job has ups and downs—unexpected delays, surprises behind walls, and changes that come with real-life projects. What matters is how you handle it. My focus is making sure the stress starts going away the moment you sign the contract. Homeowners shouldn’t have to wonder if they hired the right contractor or whether they’ll get their money’s worth. We work to bring clarity, steady communication, and follow-through so you can feel confident from start to finish—and enjoy the result when it all comes together.

About a week since we met, assuming his position as the supervisor.

This little guy sought refuge with our crew while being chased by a stray cat during a restoration. It was obvious that he was injured and couldn't fly long term. He ended up becoming our unofficial 'site supervisor' for a month—showing up for morning meetings and hitching rides on our trucks.

I would have take him inside the numerous job sites, if the facility would have let me. Poor thing didn't want to leave us. While it was a sad day when he left it was a very rewarding experience.

This was right after we were chased inside the house and deciding who to call in Millcreek.

Every job has its surprises—some are a challenge, and some are a gift. Others were the rare delay days no body ever expects. This particular one was where we were met by a rabid raccoon at our trucks, chased onto the jobsite, held hostage for multiple hours and had to call in the PA Game Commission for the assist.

Original layer on horse hair plaster (c.1885-1915)

Some days you find the unexpected surprise. Wall paper buried under layers and layers that looked like nothing anyone on the crew has ever seen including the home owner.

Job required in Erie, PA to paint and remove drywall. It was discovered under 7 layers. House was going for sale and most realtors always suggested to remove wallpaper as it can decrease value on a house. See "I have wallpaper should I paint or remove it?"
